Map24 Integration & Customisation Help

We're just at the closing stages of a large web project here, and we're having rather persistant problems making the relevant customisations to the Map24 map viewer in the site.
This is a rather urgent requirement, but I'd expect it'll only take maybe an hour or two for anyone with experience of the Map24 API (with particular reference to the RemoteControl side of things).
