Video person looking for portfolio work

We are a photography duo busy launching a Youtube channel which shows short videos of the shoots we do and other interesting things we get up to.

We have currently been doing the videos ourselves but as we are not into video, we are limited to what we can do.
What we are looking for?
If you are a student and looking for project work or and interested in increasing your portfolio then we would love to hear from you. We are looking for someone who has a very creative eye and can be pretty flexible on time.
Pay?
We are wanting to offer students the opportunity to come and work with us and potentially meet some interesting people. We will cover all travel costs involved and any other expenses that are integral to the idea.
