All rounder required (html, css, php)

We're a central London based technology company with a number of clients looking for website development work. We're looking to develop a relationship with several freelancers who are strong all-rounders and display good knowlegde and apply the latest standards in html, css, php. Design skills would also be a big plus.
You must be able to meet in central London regularly. Absolutely no overseas contractors please! There are immediate projects that need to be started.
