Joomla developer required.

I administer a site that has been put together in Joomla. I know how to amend most content on it but there are a couple of areas that I just haven't the time to get to grips with.
All I need is somebody who knows the program to log in, alter a couple of buttons on the front page, create a new page and then implement a mail-to function.
Overall, I imagine that there is no more than an hour's work here but, because I need to get this nailed as soon as possible, I am prepared to pay up to three hours.
