Technical skills -
* Accomplished in javascript and xml.
* Competent in HTML, XHTML, CSS (1 and 2).
* Competent in database query languages.
* Competent in and has experience in a javscript framework (prototype, mootools etc..).
* Awareness in the latest “web 2.0″ technologies/trends such as AJAX, RSS, etc
General -
* Excellent programming and analysis skills
* Able to troubleshoot problems and work on own initiative
* Work to agreed timescale and specification to develop web solutions
* Commitment to quality
* Good prioritisation and time management skills.
* Helpful and supportive
Communication -
* You will need to communicate technical ideas and solutions effectively to non-technical people
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Strong task progress communication to mangers on project
