Excellent designer required for website header

We have redesigned our website and require a top notch photoshop/illustrator designer to design a large graphic collage for the top of our website.
The graphic will consist of well chosen photography, stylised and mixed with vector elements created in photoshop/illustrator.
I'm not much of a designer myself but will hopefully do a better job of describing what we need to the successful applicant.
We need somebody who can do this job straight away if possible. Please send a link to your portfolio in the first instance, along with hourly rates.
