Sun Solaris Administrator / Guru

I run a software consultancy based on the South Coast UK.
I have a project coming up where we will be installing new Sun servers at a publishing (Plc) company in London. I need a guru to help migrate from existing Sun Solaris 2.6 servers to the latest Solaris 10. Oracle experience would be a bonus.
These servers are running business critical applications.
Likely to be ongoing work with this client.
The candidate will need to be able to visit the client in London at short notice, but I'm hoping most of this work can be done remotely.
