Flash Developer / Designer

Chiswick (London) based agency requires a flash creative guru / designer to develop interactive banners, websites and generally pitch in with lots of fun projects.
Must know you're way around flash, actionscript, illustrator and photoshop.
We need someone for a month contract initially, or 3 days a week for 3 months (we're flexible), leading to a potential long term contract for the right person. Working from our Chiswick office and from home.
