Blogging and commenting on blogs that relate to my company

WANTED: A person with blogging skills to comment intelligently on related news items on other blogs and forums where relevant to my company’s business (www.brownbook.net).
I’m looking for someone with excellent English to comment on blogs and news items where they have relevance to my business. The purpose is to help spread the word about my company which is a challenger in an old established business (Printed Directories, Local Directories, Local Pages, etc). You may use Google Alerts to find related articles and blogs, or some other method of your choice. This is an ongoing long-term engagement for the right person, and will involve a set number of hours every week.
I imagine we would like 2 -3 hours per week dedicated to our project and a minimum number of posts or comments per week to be agreed. We will agree a set weekly fee for this.
