Freelance developer wanted for adult services website

We are a professional business who require a web developer to assist in the creation and ongoing maintenance / modification / improvement of an adult services website (not an actual porn site, but a website that gives people the tools to make money from the industry, although there will obviously be some exposure to UK legal 18+ content, so please be aware).
Your Profile:-
You'll be an 'expert' PHP Developer with genuine personal commercial experience in PHP/MySQL/Flash Development, developing web based server-side applications in PHP (4/5) within a high traffic environment. Ideally we would like to find somebody with the skills to develop flash applications to sream live webcam media. As a PHP web developer you'll have excellent commercial and strategic awareness, and the ability to be self-managed and meet demanding deadlines. You must be competent with PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and also Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Flash (interactive database development). NO PREVIOUS ADULT CONTENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
