Freelancer needed for interactive game (Flash)

We are running a promotion for our business and we need get a simple game programmed. The idea is that people will play online and those with the highest score at the end of the month will be awarded a prize.
The game itself needs to be quite simple. We are thinking of something like naughts and crosses or "matching pairs" but we are open to suggestions. We've been told it would be best for the game to be programed in "Flash" so I think we're looking for a Flash freelancer really.
The approximate budget for the game is around about £350 - £500 but we're not sure if this is possible within this budget so also open to discussing this if required.
