Seeking Flash developer

Hi there - I need a strong actionscripter with a little creative imagination who keeps on top of recent developments showcased in sites such as TheFWA, to work with me on a project which needs pitching in the next couple of weeks - essentially a products catalogue. I'm often in need of minor tweaks and changes, as well as the occasional full-scale project, so whilst I wouldn't be an employer, I'd ideally like somebody who has the available time to put in (within reason) as and when required - and who is likely a freelancer! If you can do the work really swiftly and efficiently, I am sure I will be able to pay rates that reflect that - it is more important to me that a developer gets paid well than finding the cheapest who is invariably the worst too...!
