Web database

I am in the process of creating a database driven web site and I need somebody to create a user configurable database structure for me. Once the structure is in place I will then create a database for each product range that I want people to search for.
I will do this by defining what sort of data the field will contain (Currency, Number, Date and Text) and then by defining how people will search for the data contained in the field (More than, less than, range, equal to) Some of the fields will be linked to targeted advertising so that as results are displayed the ad will appear. I am reasonably proficient in Microsoft Access so the easiest thing for me would be if the database was in Access.
I am inviting people to express their interest in the project and to be able to direct me to web sites they have created as examples. I will then provide a full brief from which you can quote.
