ASP.NET / SQL Server Developer(s)

We plan to undertake a large ASP.NET project in the near future and are looking for reliable developer or team of developers.
In order to ensure any future work will be of a professional enough standard we are asking for a simple 1 page web form to be developed as a sample of work. This small project will be chargeable and the price charged should be indicative of your standard charges.
Skills required: ASP.NET, SQL Server 2005 including designing the database schema, all database queries should be written in SQL Stored Procedures, also any examples of use of Ajax.net would be useful.
