Would suit offshore team looking for ongoing business relationship - excellent English is a must.
Unfortunately quotes from individuals ('one man bands') cannot be taken due to 'key man' risk.
Additionally the team working on this should be able to work on the project 'full time' or 'as and when required' - no quotes can be taken from individuals who plan to work on this after school/after work etc.
I need a website developed for a small start up mortgage brokers.
Anyone quoting should have some knowledge of the mortgage business, and be aware of key, but basic, mortgage terms.
Budget is ~$1000. Payment terms are 100%, 14 days after sign off.
The html template has been purchased, a logo has been designed, and Microsoft Hosting has been arranged.
The site should be developed in ASPX (VB or C#) with an MsSql back end.
Please note - quotes from php/mysql/joomla will be ignored.
The site must be completed within the next 14 days.
1) Website Design
While we have a template it needs some work in order to bring it upto par.
The designer should be proficient in Photoshop and able to work on their own initiative.
The basic design brief is this:
Take the site and make it look nice.
Approx 2 days work.
2) Website SEO and Copy Writing
One off SEO and Copy writing should be undertaken to ensure key search terms are in the website, and key word density is sufficient.
In addition other relevant SEO optimisations should be made (ensuring IMG ALT tags are in place and relevant etc)
Approx 2 days work initially, potential on going work.
3) Website Development
We need a number of pages developed to handle some of the mortgage processing online:
- User Profile
-- Allow users to sign up with an email address and password(allow them to change email/password).
-- Store/change personal information relevant to mortgage quote
-- Store/change mortgage renewal details
-- Store/change Home Insurance renewal details
-- Store/change Life Insurance details
Approx 1 days work
- Request Mortgage Quote section
-- This page will capture all the relevant details which will be provided to the mortgage broker.
-- Once submitted this page should store the information in an MsSql table, as well as email it to the broker. Multiple email addresses (To, Cc, Bcc) should be configurable
-- If the user doesn't have a User Profile (see above) one should be created
-- If the user has a User Profile, the quote should default to the values stored in the user profile if they exist.
-----If the values entered differ from the stored values the user should be asked if they want to store the new values. -- If the values don't exist in the user profile, the user profile should be populated with the values entered.
-- A password protected section should be added so the stored details can be seen by the mortgage broker.

- Mortgage Payment Estimator
-- A table should be created to store LTV, and interest rates for Prime, Near Prime and Sub Prime (This should be editable via a password protected page on the website)
-- The calculator should then take the house value and mortgage required to form the LTV, find the nearest ltv (nearest lowest) and using the mortgage required calculate the monthly mortgage payments (Captial and Repayment, Interest Only) based on the term (years over which the mortgage is repaid)
-- A Javascript mortgage calculator is available for you to base your calculations on
