SEO Expert required for Ecommerce website

I am looking for an SEO expert to optimise our ecommerce website.
We are already working with an seo company in India. However we feel that we can get better results by offering to you.
We offer over 23000 products online, but only receive about 500 visitors a day. Our website is over 4 years old.
We need to increase the traffic. PPC is out of question. We do do Affiliate marketing too.
