The original idea was to focus on the UK, but open the list up to anybody who might
be interested. Some topics will be relevant locally to UK freelancers and hirers,
whilst others might be of interest to everybody worldwide.
My feeling is that the global freelancing scene is fairly well covered in other
lists.
Open to suggestions though!
