The first comment to make is if this is their professional
work, they can't design their way out of a paper bag.

Secondly, if they're any good at all, they should know the
effect of viewing across platforms and browsers. Clearly
they don't.

Thirdly, even if they can't predict some of the variation,
they should not expect you to perform the testing.

If you want a good visual designer, one of the best freelancers
I know is a guy called Isaac Forman. You can see some of
