I didn't really explain myself too well. I was referring more to the
basic concepts of the web, as in, this is a link, this is how the web
gets it's power etc. I agree that to produce something 'effective' takes
more than just a cursory glance at whats out there, but from my
experience (the people that I've taught in a professional capacity)
people seem to be able to grasp the basic theory quite easily. Then
again, maybe i got lucky with the pupils I had.
I should have said that there is a lower barrier of entry. Compared to
say, brain surgery anyway *:)
