Development time

Hi All,

Most designers on other lists have stated that it takes two weeks to
complete a site, but does this include interface design, original graphics,
the actual concept of the site or is this the time it takes to implement the
site?

Do you all produce your own graphics or hire a freelancer?.

I know it depends on the site being developed but I am just after an average
time scale.
