Joining Forces

Hi all,

Well I had quite a shock when I come back from my break. I kinda guessed
that it would prove a popular topic, but considering I only posted it on
thursday evening, I think we can say that we have something going here.

My main reason for posting was that I wanted to work on some bigger projects
i.e, e-commerce, database driven sites, so far I have been freelancing on
small sites that consist of 5 - 15 pages.

These are okay and I am glad of the work but they are usually sole traders
or partnerships and their budgets are somewhat limited.

I have a database background mainly from University and I have developed
databases for various clients. If you have looked at my portfoilo you will
have seen that I have a number of projects on the go, I am just waiting for
the clients to provided the content and photos (how many times have you been
there). What I don't have is brillant sales skills, I guess we definalty
need someone like that, though we all must be doing something right because
we manage to get the work.

I think the group have responded in a intelligent and thoughtfull manner and
I am sure that something positive will come of this.

Right, whats the next step?
