Not if you use an invisible 1 pix .gif to lock the cell size...but you are
better off trying the non breaking...

No need to *line them up*...just create your layered file in either
Photoshop or Fireworks...in Fireworks create an image slice which will
encompass the longest/largest text area...export the slices...

metacreations site as they give it away with most Wacom tablets at the
moment.
