I'm an experienced copy-editor/proofreader (largely in book publishing, =
but with a fairly impressive work history, have also subbed, =
copy-written, re-written, etc). I've heard that web-site design =
companies and departments are increasingly using freelancers to =
collate/copy-edit/proofread text, rather than leaving it to =
designer/content editor. (However, don't seem to be many such adverts =
around ...) Does anyone know much about this? Any advice on the best =
avenues of investigation? Thanks.
