web fonts

Just a query to keep you all on your toes...

One of my websites uses a font that is not widely available with Windows,
etc.
I have searched for it so viewers can download it to view the site as it
should be, but cannot find it online.

Can you upload fonts for people to download, or how do others get around
this problem?
