This "update" only addresses one small point - and even that does appear to
contradict the written terms, which are what you are actually agreeing to. I
suspect it needs a legal mind, not their own help desk, to interpret the
legalities. But at the end of the day, all you have to do is send a copy of
these terms to all your clients and check they are happy with them. If you
are not comfortable doing that, then I guess the issue is settled. If you
do, please let us know the outcome! Has anyone done the same for the other
recommended hosting services?
