Have you looked at http://www.work24.co.uk/

which provides most of this (I don't think it does the FoxPro integration) for free?

AFAIK it's the only UK source for www.eCongo.com functionality.

I'm doing some work for work24's parent company at the moment around content management, but haven't had anything to do with the store side.
