A few folk are saying 'specialise', but...
This is a really difficult area for a small concern. I get 90% of my
business from just 2 clients, but (I've just looked) over 50 clients for
that last 10%. That 10% must eat up 30% of my time, but I daren't drop
them... I think you inevitably need to specialise to sell yourself
successfully, but you also need to pay attention to what is happening
elsewhere, and keep reasonably 'generalist' to survive long-term.
