netscape

hi everyone,

i've been searching for a bit of info that i saw a long time ago....

its regarding the fact that netscape doesnt render certain things at an exact
1:1 pixel ratio (if you see what i mean! :)

I believe complex framesets are an example of this, though i'm not too sure...
and dont anyone start lecturing me on the advantages and disadvantages of using
framesets, blah blah blah...i'm quite aware of that....!

if anyone can point me at something that quotes this, that would be excellent....!
