Here are some comments on your web site:
Homepage
1) "Getting that right home exchange has never been easier!, now =
you..." I
suggest "Getting the right home exchange has never been easier! Now
you..."
2) "This service is also available to Housing Association Tenant's." =
No,
"This service is also available to Housing Association Tenants."
Login - A1 Council Exchange frame
3) Please enter you login details:" No, "Please enter your login =
details:"
4) "Forgotten you password? Click here." No, "Forgotten your password?
Welcome page
5) "Once you have found the home's that you are interested in. Make a =
note
of the Exchange numbers ( i.e.128 )." I suggest "Once you have found =
the
homes you are interested in, make a note of the Exchange numbers
( i.e.128 )."
(6) "on the back to the following address;" - I suggest "on the back to =
the following address:"
Conditions page
7) "Important." - As this is a heading, a full-stop is not required.
8) "Do I need my local Councils Approval?" - I suggest "Do I need my =
local Council's approval?"
Join Us page
9) "Step 1: Will ask for your Personal Details=20
Step 2: Will ask for your Property Details=20
Step 3: Will ask for details regarding your area in which you live=20
Step 4: Will ask you what preferences you have for the house that =
you are looking for=20
I suggest "Step 1: You provide your Personal Details
Step 2: You give your Property Details
Step 3: You give details of the area you currently live =
in
Step 4: You indicate your preferences for the house you =
are looking for"
10) "have been completed an email will be sent" - but elsewhere, e.g. on =
the Personal Details page, "email" is spelt "e-mail". You should =
standardise on one or the other, but not both.
Legal considerations
11) "By using the A1 Council exchange Service," - I suggest "By using =
the A1 Council Exchange Service,"
12) "Do I need my local Councils Approval?" I suggest "Do I need my =
local Council's Approval?" =20

13) "If you think that this service will help others that are looking to =
exchange or move house - then why not e-mail them!" I suggest "If you =
think that this service will help others looking to exchange or move =
house, then why not e-mail them."
14) "Its quick and easy to register and within 5 minutes you may find =
your ideal home. Best of all, is that registration is entirely FREE!" I =
suggest "It's quick and easy to register, and within 5 minutes you may =
find your ideal home. Best of all is that registration is entirely =
FREE!"
I didn't have time to check every page and frame, but the above should =
be of some help.
Finally, some of the pages were slow to load. In one case, the yellow =
text was loaded first (very hard to read), and after a long period, the =
remaining layers were added. As some users may be using slower pcs, you =
should perhaps address this.
