Sarcastic answer:
Being a mobile network and charging sites to appear on
'your' WAP *cough* Cellnet.

More genuine answer:
selling stuff which customers will want to order *right now*,
before they get back to their desk PC. Up to the instant
content (at a micropayment) could be one option - sport
scores are a fair example.
