Damian was asking how to use a CUSTOM colour in the background of a movie so
you have to make it elsewhere as you can not make a custom colour from the
modify menu area (only shows the colour swatch no new colour action), also
needed to use decimal RGB values not Hex...

Neither, Morgan showed me how its done from the paint bucket fill colour
