The windows media player for the Mac is over 6 megs. I'd stick to the real
audio plugin.
Plus w media player is nasty.... (I downloaded it and it sux)

I tend to agree. I way prefer the sound quality of .asf files over .ra files
and microsoft are giving the whole shebang (player, converter, producer,
etc) away entirely free at microsoft.com.

Flash won't allow Netcasting in real time (I don't believe) it is fine for
recorded music but won't encode in realtime for live broadcasting, for

you need a copy of RealProducer so you can convert your audio over to a .ra
