Hi Peter, You can get an ISDN modem from the same place as a 56K - PC Wrold, www.dabs.com etc. It fits in the PCI slot, the same as a analogue modem, but I don't think that any are available for ISA...

Any computer shop worth their salt should have Terminal Adaptors and/or Digital modems. (TAs do not allow fax transmitions I think....) If he has a standard modem yes that is the problem definately...
