Depends - if you're using it as a substitute for the authoritative publication
(ie the onscreen version), then you may be in iffy waters. Many sites
(certainly
UK ones) have something along the lines of:

"Subject to the following wording of this section, no materials from the
web site may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, shown or played in public,
republished, uploaded, posted, stored, transmitted or distributed in any
way or adapted or changed in any way. You are permitted to download,

in their Ts&Cs.
