'Word of mouth' is indeed an invaluable source of marketing and it comes as
no surprise that the majority of our work comes from client
recommendations.
The greatest disadvantage that I see with relying on 'word-of-mouth', is
the lack of control one has over its direction and scale..... a particular
problem when trying to advertise your services to a wider market.
