Which? Excellent backend, or Access?
Access isn't really a sensible solution for web backends, unless it's
a matter of the *site* (as a single db user) periodically updating
a datamart. And that's still a basic solution. Access is not at all
designed for multi-user concurrent access (npi) in a distributed
environment (ie a web site with any non-trivial user numbers).
