Netscape No Comprendo

urrrrrrrrng .... I don't usually get this stumped.... but can someone have a
look at this page in any version of Netscape

http://www.kidsklubonline.co.uk/index.html

And see if they can shed any light on why those bloody right hand borders
have moved. Tried everything .... it's driving me ferkin bonkers ..... It
works fine in Internet Explorer ... *mumbles under breath about NS*
