I tried that using their online form. I also done the fax procedure
specified in another email, but all they done was change the DNS
servers. I have filled in their "another technical" question form
about 15 times since September 2000 and they have not replied to a
single message regarding a full transfer.

The name is a .com. uk2.net registered the domain name through CORE
- www.corenic.net. If I want to escalate the issue and go above
uk2.net, do I contact CORE or another body?
