RE: FN-FORUM Transfering a domain name out of uk2.net

The person who originally registered the name for our client,
registered it with the client's name, but his contact details.
Therefore am I correct to assume that the Registrar will not except
our client's instructions as only their name is on the WHOIS details?
BTW, The registrar is CORE. Anyone dealt with them directly for
transfers before?
