RE: FN-FORUM Modem oddity

I have a feeling that with *some* modem/driver + Windows combinations DUN
reports the bits/s including compression. I.e. if you are transmitting at
100b/s but are getting a 2/1 compression ratio you might get a reported
speed of 200b/s. This *might* explain it.
