There are programmes around that do this sort of thing - although remember
that many ISPs forbid sending bulk emails - spamming!

I don't know of any way of doing it - apart from what you have suggested
already. Search the net for 'bilk email programmes' - you should find
some - freeware or shareware things that do it.
