You could use Dreamweaver for writing the drafts. I write all my books this
way (I even prefer it to Word). Instead of sending files to clients, you
can just send the URLS. When a copy is required in Word, you can read the
HTML Dreamweaver document in HTML Word and save in the Word format. This
works very well, it retains the same formatting - even the graphics.
