Flash tweening - file sizes

I have little experience with flash, but there are two types of frame =
tweening - motion and shape , shape tweening works on ungrouped objects =
and motion works on grouped symbols? Will it reduce the file size if you =
try to use grouped objects as much as possible?

Are there any good tutorial resources available on-line?
