Don't know whether they are willing to sell a licence for the software, but
one option is:

http://www.geo.ed.ac.uk/spad/gridref.html

And http://www.streetmap.co.uk/ have the ability to do an OS grid reference.

Does anyone know any map reference software for use in a storefinder,
preferably by grid reference rather than postcode as postcode searches can
produce inconsistent results.
