e-commerce oddity

Afternoon.

I have a client who wants to set up a store selling other peoples gear. He
has permision for this. What I need is a bit of software that will do all
the shopping cart stuff, secure transaction, then send a mail to the
distributor, mail to the seller, and then : the complicated bit : split the
payment between supplyer/distribor and the seller. Two seperate bodies
recieving payment for a single transaction depending on an agreed
percentage.

I hope this is a clear question.
