date formula

evenin'

can anyone remember the formula for working out the number of "working" days
between 2 dates, I've got it somewhere but can't find it. I remember it's
something like: (no. of days/7)*5 but I also remember something about then
adding .5 before rounding it to make it more accurate??

any ideas?
