oh help me please someone

As you may have gathered, I have just started my copywriting business. I have been copywriting for years but have been working for other people. I have had my website, www.m-e-s.co.uk, running for over a year now. Anyway, UK2net suddenly decided to stick a banner on the top of it, I went to the site and paid £97 ish to clear the banner, or so I thought. Now, when I go to the site I just get a UK2net message which I do not understand. I am losing business, look rubbish and the original designer of the site, my brother, is on holiday for the next month and I can't get hold of him! Can someone please tell me what they are asking me to do.
