I've been with DSVR for a couple of years now. Stumbled across them by
accident in the first instance. I think that they are excellent value for
money. I've never had a problem that could'nt be resolved quickly and the
email tech support system is excellent - and always promptly answered. If
you're stuck you can even speak to a human!


one or two of the slightly more (how shall I put it)
propellor-headed techies can get a bit brusque with us
non-propellor-headed non-techies, but usually a follow up request will
sort out obscure technical advice.


Anyway, now that I know Alex's true identity, I know who to complain to
if I'm not entirely happy ;-)
