Connection went down intermittently on a daily basis, news server never
worked, mail server went down for an entire day, network went down for an
entire day.
When it did work though, it was pretty good.
My main gripe was that they refused to even admit problems were happening,
let alone do anything about them. The only way I could get them to return
calls was to withhold payment until someone phoned me back!
I stopped using them about 6 months ago, but to be fair, things did seem to
improve in the last month. Also, they were much more expensive then, about
£90 per month.
Personally, I would never use them again. I've also heard of numerous other
customers in Reading cancelling in disgust after Tele2's complete inability
to respond to problems.
I get the impression that they're running on tight margins and haven't got
the money for quality infrastructure, technical support, or customer
support.
