It is _possible_ to develop ASP to manage the parent/child relationship any
how you like. Your problem is that web development tools are absurdly
primitive compared to tools like Oracle Forms. At least the ones I can
afford are (ultraDev/InterDev).

The InterDev examples have something similar to what you are doing, if I
remember right.
